I think the biggest issue is that folks are totally misunderstanding the way you deal with an ODM. You order, they build, you pay. Two out of that three (I know, I know... I oversimplified it quite a bit) happened and now the factory has no other choice but to liquidate their stock that they've built.

There's the troubling, but yet to be confirmed bit about sending the tablet somewhere else... but I think that's all BS. Again, I ask... if you were part of this transaction, months go by and you've yet to receive payment and/or communication, what would you do?

Flash it with Android, sell the stock, hope that you make at least even and call it a day.
