If you're really desperate, I can sell you my black TOH that I got with my lastu wallet case. When I used it, the backplate came loose and I glued it back, before I changed TOH totally. So, as you can see, there are glue marks on one side, and probably some melted plastic since I used super glue. It can probably be sanded down a bit to look better, but haven't tried.

But if you really need one, I can sell it for a cheap price :P
