I'd like to add that if you have any hope of using the
tablet as a pda, then the kde PIM (korganizer) is
spectacularly full featured. It is slow to start but
works fine once up and running.

Even better, assuming you already use kde somewhere,
you can just copy the calendar between desktop and
tablet for easy synchronization.
