Thank you very much. Its Europe (009) Region. Northern europe.
As downgrade is not possible i need the 009 File (or higher).

That is the exact File i need:

DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_009-OEM1-958_ARM.bin

or
