I was banned too, again while trying to reregister as I couldn't connect.

I ended up trying to re-register with the official app, and emailing their support through it. I told them I had problems connecting, so I had reinstalled their app and tried to re-register but it said I was banned.

They replied saying that I was banned as I was using a VOIP or SIP number!!! And also if I wasn't, I needed to reply with a pic of the sim with my phone bill.

I did that but didn't get a reply for a week or so when they said I should register using their app.
