Its true the number has been blocked. This is the third time, I think its in there database they do remove them after some time but once you start using it again oooops. The other number which has never been blocked works fine, just waiting for its turn. Time to think about androind. I loved this phone since when it just got out but it was very expensive but I waited till towards end of 2011. These days we talk/discuss business using whatsapp so to have a phone without watsapp you lose. But anyway everything has its end. This will be a sad ending.
