Then you have a problem, and not just with maemo. I also have a self-hosted server which luckily is not in the common blacklists but needs to build reputation for at least aol.com and outlook.com. For both of those I've even needed to sign up for a "feedback loop" so that if anyone does "report spam" I get to react on it. In MS's case I even needed to sign a contract (!).

Crazy stuff, but spam is a real problem. So get your stuff together: rDNS, DKIM, SPF, feedback loops, etc. and hope that Internet will not be owned only by large companies.
