I'm sorry it didn't work out as you had hoped however it's good you have a plan B. I'm sure it will work out well. Maybe provide some pictures when it is in operation! What type of whole animal to you plan to BBQ? I was thinking of getting something on a small scale. Just a rotary unit to BBQ chicken and such.
