I can understand this better than you'd think.

Their blog is a perfect place to ask. There they can answer when if they want. Ignore it if they want.
But you're not asking... you're commenting much like you are here. Key difference is that when you ask a question, you silence yourself awaiting the answer to be given to you. When you're commenting, you might continue the noise since you expect to broadcast and not receive an answer.

Agree with the months, I'll attempt to see Dave's point. Reminders need not be so repetitive with negative rhetoric that incites more than inform.

Dave is right on another thing too. Jolla is not to be trusted. Anyone who wants to deal with them and/or 'support' them is a fool.
Any company that's out for only your money is not to be trusted. And any software that doesn't receive funding or has a very active following is a foolish to be depended upon in critical applications. Simply put, either greed, lack of interest or sheer development stalls and prioritization that does not align with your immediate needs tend to place you in a position of being taken advantage of by somebody (group, company, corporation, so forth).

Unfortunately those who realize all this do not need to be reminded three times a day and the fools who do want to support Jolla despite their recent past will not listen to the voice of the reason, even if that voice used a better language than Dave. In other words, Dave is just wasting time.
Given that some folks are actually receiving their tablets, that changes the frame of this discussion slightly for a minority wherein we still have a very vocal person saying the same things over and over. Time and place for it all.

Let the new information come forth. Let the oft repeated mantras fall to the wayside. I know that I'm personally waiting on a refund. It hasn't happened yet. I need no reminder. Not daily, not hourly, not improperly spelled. I'm also in that same boat.

I get what you're saying though, actually agree. I just had my (weekly, monthly) fill, said my piece.

Besides... it's Dave. There's no shutting him up. Ever.
