Have you seen our murder rates here? I get a little bit paranoid just leaving my house. Or staying in it. Or presumably even hovering over it in my jetpack, which may the the only thing even more dangerous than other people.

But anyway, to keep this a little bit on topic: I've been watching PayPal closely, and have received neither Venezuelan drug money nor Finnish tablet refund. And certainly no Russian secret Sailfish payments. (Although as reported earlier, I got my German Diesel hush money in just a few weeks at about the same time I asked for the Jolla refund.)

Part of me will be a little disappointed when it comes. Then I'll no for sure no tablet for me. Right now, it's still Schrodinger's tablet, since I've neither received it nor the money. When the cash shows up, then my last teensy flames of hope will be extinguished.
