You use Settings so frequently you need it in the top row?

You do not use Browser, Email, Phone and Messages?

If you have only 6 items in Frequent, what is the point of that folder at all? Why not move the 6 items to the top level?

Guess you are not asking me. Of course I do not have the exact same configuration as tetris11_. Among other differences, my "Settings" is under Frequent, and I have one more row for quick launch.
My comment was more generally speaking.
