In terms of community ports, Fairphone 2 seems to be the only openly available port.

Jolla C/ Intex Aqua Fish are also based of AOSP 5 I believe.

I might be wrong but I think sledges was the one who got libhybris based on AOSP5 working, which I believe he used the Nexus 5 for testing at least at first, but no full on re-base and very little on that working I think. I might be completely wrong though.
