patchmanager for jolla settings can't be updated from 0.5.0 to 0.5.1:

are on Version 0.5.1 in the Openrepos

patchmanger
is still on 0.5.0 in OpenRepos

Have Sfiet_Konstantin forgot to upload the new package?
