I am fairly sure it is not possible to use android drivers on windows devices. Maybe with a hypotethical "windows version of libhybris"

That is one of the reasons that there exists no "cheap chinese WP devices with ARM architecture"; as Windows has to have its own drivers it is only doable by large HW manufacturers that control or are the chip vendors at the same time.

The other reason of course being that nobody in their right mind would want anything windowsy
