You can change the User Agent string in the Opera Mobile in the opera:config.
Changed the user agent with HideUserAgent with the one you mentioned but https://community.letsencrypt.org/ still doesn't work for me (checked on various websites the fact that the user agent really changed).

So apparently https://community.letsencrypt.org/ doesn't seem to use the user agent to check if the browser is old... any ideas what could it use instead?
