I did not understand one sentence!

Just guessing from some keywords:
you did some apt-get upgrade (possibly dis-upgrade?) and/or some autoremove (possibly package mp-harmattan-xxx-pr?)???
Then you are screwed and need to flash your device.

Or just wait for coderus to help () ...
