Application submission: Droplet Browser

Project Name: Droplet Browser
Author: Dinesh (saidinesh5@gmail.com or https://github.com/saidinesh5)
Brief description: Droplet browser is a lightweight browser for Sailfish OS.

You can continue scrolling through your events feed or chatting away in your chat app, while it fetches your requested websites in the background. No more switching/peeking back and forth between the browser and your requested app, until the website is ready.

This is not a replacement, but a complementary addition to the Sailfish Browser. (That's why the feature "Double tap to open in Sailfish Browser"!)

Category: Something new
Features/work to be judged: The whole app is made from scratch. (Thanks a lot to leszek and coderus!). That being said, A technical review on the lipstick patch is very much appreciated.

Package name and where to find the app/repository:

The App is basically 2 parts:
1) A lipstick patch to enable support for "Applets layer". You can get it via patchmanager1 as an RPM for https://openrepos.net/content/saidin...s-patchmanager or via. patchmanager 2.0's catalog: https://coderus.openrepos.net/pm2/pr...enable-applets .

2) The main app, which you can get via. https://openrepos.net/content/saidin...roplet-browser .

Source Code:
1) Lipstick patch: https://github.com/saidinesh5/sailfi...enable-applets .
2) Droplet Browser: https://github.com/saidinesh5/harbour-droplet

Why is the Lipstick patch needed? Without it, the app cannot grab keyboard input. It also shows up on your lock screen (The last place you want your browser to be!). Without it, It can still run in the "Fallback mode", But it will nag you with a notification.
