One more question: Do you know if your mail server has moved to the outlook.office365.com domain?
I deleted the account in Jolla C I now I can't recreate it anymore...

UPDATE: Once again clumsy @pasko strikes back. Turns out I was using the wrong username to re-create the account. Now it works again 'as usual' as @pichlo said before. Sorry for the unnecessary noise...
