It appears as if it could be for VR / AR....
Possibly a camera attachment ....some have speculated....

My guess is that at best ...it's a handheld photon laser attachment to help protect your investment from thieves...
at worst it is a rip off from the first cameras that offered a "flash bulb " technology....

You have to get use to it 90% of everything that is announced is Android. Maybe Even 98% how to make a Linux snowball and make it grow? Maybe start a crowdfunding campaign Linux snowball



Personally I think it could be a phone on a barbecuestick(skewer?). How usefull it would be to talk while doing some BBQ. Hands free of course.
