To help, I need to get more details:

* I assume that you want to view maps, right?

* Which backend do you use, Mapnik or libosmscout?

* If Mapnik, did you install fonts module?

* When viewing with Poor Maps or modRana, do you see jobs submitted to OSM Scout Server?

* What do the logs of the server say?

* Does Map Manager show that your maps are fine (nothing listed as incompatible/needs download)?
