Well I've managed to do a build for Z3 Tablet Compact using the things that Jolla released and already it's looking much better than it was before under cm-12.1 Wifi, camera, sensors, media playback all working. This bodes well for other shinano platform devices like the Z2, Z3, and Z3C phones. I've done up some basic instructions for anyone else with a Sony Open Device, it involves building a full AOSP Android image as per Sony's instructions before you can get started but otherwise supporting new devices looks to be easy. Since everything else is working and I've now got the same kernel code as the Xperia X let's see if we can get that bluetooth working any better
