I'm running CMD as administrator

Correction, trying now

"fastboot reboot" reboots the phone

"fastboot reboot bootloader" reboots the bootloader returns
rebooting into bootloader...

The code I get after running "fastboot devices" is: CB512E0E65

does this mean anything?
