I read some of the posts here, like the one about refunds. If youyota is contemplating refunds, why are they still taking people's money, as shown here

I ordered the tablet last July, and have paid little attention since. Today I followed the links from the October email because I wanted to ask about the tablet. So I go to this link

and it says "You must Contribute to this campaign to post a comment." I was logged in, but IGG didn't recognize that I had submitted $249? Am I even on record as a customer who sent $249? Can somebody find out, because I can't ask on IGG. I'm not a "contributor"!!!
WTF is going on with this catastrophic project

I scrolled down the list of backers and found my name, "Michael A Robinson 5 months ago $279" No idea why the dollar amount is different, but whatever. How about getting some communication going instead of just ignoring people for months. The last time youyota sent out any communication to its customers was in October.
