Not to throw gasoline on the fire..... but ;-)

I've noticed the problems scrolling too. I will attempt to scroll and about 50% of the time it works. The other 50% is split activating the item under my finger when I start the scroll or when I end it.

Short of the small links in the browser I can operate most of os2008 with a finger including small menu items most of the time.
