Just a quick comment: AFAIK, Pebble does not have an e-ink display (no Pebble variation had it, be it color or b&w). Some website may simplify it as such (also could be good marketing of Pebble, calling it "e-paper"), but it is an LCD display. No clear confirmation of the available layouts at launch, but the newsletter does say that Qwertz or Scandic layouts will be easy to get by just swapping a few keys. My guess is it would be done in the factory and not by the user, but it's just a guess.
