I have N810 and N82 which is basically similar to N95 except it has a better Xenon flash for its 5mpix camera. Haven't really had any problems pairing it with N810 using bluetooth and using flatrate 1MB/s data.

There's also a cool joikuspot beta software available for Nokia phones with Wifi. It turns your phone into wifi access spot so you can use it as a wifi router for your N810. Of course it's preferred that you have a flatrate hsdpa data plan with your carrier.
