Interesting that news stuff. In Finland it seems there are as many news from other countries as there are from Finland. Small low esteem country so wanting to know what they do in the big world. But this I have really liked in Finland school system: english teaching started when 10 years old, swedish when about 13 (or you can choose which starts first. German (or french or russia and in some spanish) at the age of 15. Geography teaching around the world as well as history and religions. The basics which law requires you to learn really give a good view of what is and where. And you can quite well trust the news (even though they are western news so there should be a proper channel for the other sides point of views) and you do not need to be afraid of the cops and law. And I like the gun policy.
