you get it easily, in finnish Maemo:
Asetukset->Tekstinsyöttö
Näppäimistön asettelu: English, Netherlands
Tallenna
then
Ä=arrow up
.=arrow left
arrow left=arrow down
arrow right=arrow right

But I haven't understand how works that keybooard shortcut to change language with shift+ctrl+M. At least Terminal and Notes says changing input language, but nothing happens.

EDIT: I add those arrow keys.
