Edit: There is a type in the second url. The : is missing.

I have tried to upgrade and got:
"Fatal error: Download (curl) error for 'https://build.merproject.org/project/repository_state/home:mautz:cm12.1/sailfishos_3.2.1.20_latest/repodata/repomd.xml':
Error code: Curl error 60
Error message: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
"
Edit2: The error was because the missing / in the first url.

So, the correct entries:

Edit3: After the upgrade the phone stuck on the Google logo. I have not checked logs yet but will do once I have a little more time.
