Last I checked the gps, wifi, bt, and baseband use binary blob firmwares. Basically what the wiki discusses is that there are NO 100% free wifi cards and gsm baseband cards because of the FCC regs. Gps exports a standard serial protocol so they don't see the harm in not having open firmware there either.

While I would love to see nokia open more of their stack, they have a commercial product in the market where others do not.
