I made second look to that Docking Bar (not that wizzup direct PC-connection thru USB hint), I connected Docking Bar to USB and with command:
ip -br link show
Pinephone find the Ethernet port, it can see is there cable connected and port can be set up.

Do I have to do something before I can ping?
