So have you never listened to audio or watched a video before? I kind of find it pretty easy, I didn't realise you would have so much difficulty with it.
Actually, I do not have a difficulty with it, but every time I get bored with the audio or video, I tune away from it (and do it a lot). In the case of podcasts (videocasts, etc.) however, I have found it easier not to tune in at the first place: there is preciously few information there.
