I have the same sentiment...I like my N800 and find it quite useful, but I also realize that it requires a certain level of "care and feeding". By that I mean if you want it to perform the way you want and have the newest features, you have to spend a fair amount of time reading ITT, re-flashing it, downloading betas, etc. I think that is part of the geek-joy that a lot of ITTers get out of the device--we are a tinkering bunch by nature, I think.

For people who don't have that inclination, other products on the market might be better suited. (And yes, that means the iPod Touch or iPhone, as much as I lament having to say it...)
