That's a pretty slick solution. I had thought about a ribon cable, like you see on printer carriages (sp?) but from the MiniSD card slot. Using a MiniSD adapter, pulled apart, and the ribon cable soldred on and then terminating to a standard SD card reader, somehow fixed on the back (the guts are relatively slim). This was also to allow the stand to work but enable a standard SD card to be used.

I see the limitation of the MicroSD being current memory size. I believe the MicroSD goes to 8Gb where as the SD is currently 32Gb (which would hold almost all my music collection.)

Thanks for the link though. I have scoured their site often and in fact the two readers that didn't work with the N810 came from them.
