wow - just what i've been waiting for! had two system crashes during the package install using the app manager as described via the repository. After the reboots i just reopened the app manager and continued installing - no problems! so far, i've only been messing around with the calendar and it's just what i need.

One BIG question - will there be a *home screen* applet that would show/remind upcoming events? I would give up my ipaq 4700 and switch to the 770 completely for that one feature!
