I have always said that discussion about companies policies are highly relevant here(i did not say irrelevant!!) Of course when you tout the advantages of the touch you should also include that apple will definitely charge for many apps and even for firmware updates. wheras from nokia you just buy your device everything else is free(except for the navigation for which there are free alternatives also)

So company policies are also relevant here and should be discussed.
