Truthfully, he does have a point (although I'm not sure it was actually intentional, and assuming it wasn't, then your point is also valid ). Issues with Nokia's stupid, lame, wife-beating, backwards UI spec don't (seemingly) get resolved through bugzilla. Look at all the (perfectly reasonable, and well thought-out) enhancement requests that get WONTFIXed because of the UI spec.

We really need a place to get changes made is that heaping pile of used prophylactics.
