The thread entitled Automatically launch browser on startup might be of some help. Note that you need to be familiar with xterm, becoming root, and editing system files.
Thanks... I was hoping for a simpler solution since I'd like to be able to pass easy instructions to others.

Hopefully somebody will create a 3rd party app, or maybe we'll see this ability in a future OS update.
