Sorry you're having trouble with this. Use your stylus pen to do this. Place and hold it on the name you want to change. You'll see an arrow spin around and a side menu appear. While still holding the stylus pen on the screen, go to the "Rename" option. Slide the stylus to rename and change it that way.
