I purchased my 770 around Feb/March and 1 month ago I got the usual crack between the USB and audio socket. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Well, last night I made the mistake of, you know TURNING ON the unit which resulted in the bleeding colours vertically across my screen, rendering the unit unusable. What I would like to hear from is any other user's experiences they have had when dealing with Nokia support on the issue. My first concern is that their form-based support section on their website gives a 440 (bad link) when I try to submit it. I think if I get a replacement unit from them it's going straight onto ebay as I have had enough now. The things just seem to self destruct. It's been totally babied from the start!
