Which carrier are you using as that will make a difference in how your phone connects to your data service. You can get carrier specific instructions here if you do a search. Also, if your phone is windows mobile 6, it may use pan (personal area network) connection via bluetooth to connect, much like my Tmobile Wing. In the bluetooth area of the tablet, you can get an idea of which profiles your Ocean supports. It will mention profile support of HFP,DUN,PAN,A2DP and others. Knowing if it supports these or other profiles will go a long way in figuring out how to connect your tablet to the phone properly. It may be that it has bluetooth and only supports things like stereo audio and nothing more, which would make it not possible to connect it with the internet. It's entirely possible that it will pair with the phone, but because the phone doesn't use or have the right profile, it won't work no matter what you try. Many variables!
