My ideal would be to start with the 770, and then add the following:

1. Faster processor
2. More RAM
3. GPS
4. WiMAX
5. Transflexive screen

While I don't mind either way, I think most people would rather have an SD-variant than the RS-MMC slot, so change it to mini- or micro-SD.
