In fact, I'm rapidly coming to the opinion that the wiki is no longer the best place for an app catalogue as it doesn't scale and is behoven on editors for consistency, rather than it being mandatory.

Perhaps http://www.maemo-apps.org/ is the future, or just something like the ApplicationRepositories page and then use the Application Manager to find and install apps.

No-one uses a Debian application catalogue, after all ;-)
