Sad but true.
It's not stolen, since all these features have been in devices that predate the 770. Also their implementation of the touch screen feels better. I, however, prefer the n810 due to the ease and simplicity to develop for it. Also it's a familiar OS that I can use easily. But I feel that the iphone/touch did an excellent job with their user interface that's simply lacking in NITs.

Edit: I think that the n810 made an excellent choice with a physical keyboard which definitely beats pre-n810 & iphone/touch soft keyboards. Obviously IMO.
