Here's the reply I received:

"Unfortunately we do not have access to the store inventory system and all complaints about store issues must be directed to the store management."

and my reply:

"Whoa, nice re-direct! Unfortunately, the performance of any store reflects on the view of the entire organization. You might want to re-think that strategy. I suppose I can take TigerDirect off my list of suppliers from now on."

I'm not impressed!
