Yes exactly. When done from scratch everything but zenmap works after the deb install. Since zenmap uses the setup.py install method, it's possible to move the entire built zenmap directory to the tablet and install manually.

Someone more familiar with setup.py, could undoubtedly put this in a *.deb. This is just the workaround I used to get zenmap-4.62 running on my tablet...
