Sorry if this has been asked before (I did search): Is it possible to choose an mp3 as alarm sound? And must the volume be at 100%? The built-in alarm kills me because the volume is too high too soon and there is no way to reduce the volume. Can this clock do this?

By the way - I love having the (digital) time in the status bar
