On the vote count...IMHO, the location of the GPS is at when searching for the fix...PST, EST, etc.....would give a higher factual understanding....as it seems location, location, location might give an understanding why the two largest groups <=3 and =>30 fixes are so far apart, hope not to offend, other than user not following the recommended use..., pointing, open space, etc...
