I have reproduced your problem. Thanks for your time. Now I will try to solve it problem. When I fixed it I will release version 0.20.4.

As a temporary solution to make the following actions:
1.Select Preference
2. Select Location tab
3. Select your city
4. Press to OK
5. Update weather forecast.
