I have an N810 that has occasionally exhibited these symptoms, albeit not at the rate/consistency that you seem to be experiencing them. I don't know if there's a fix, though, as I have just put up with the occasional inconvenience. It sounds far worse for you.

Have you tried updating your N810 to the latest firmware?
